Pharmacy Discount accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Diner's Club.
We utilise the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customers security.
Pharmacy Discount also uses the MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (MIGS). This system uses the industry’s best security methods and practises. All credit card numbers are housed within the secure environment of MasterCard’s Australian Processing Centre. We never record a copy of the your credit card details.
Pharmacy Discount will accept money orders or bank cheques via this method, as well as the above credit card options.
If you have access to internet or phone banking, why not use BPAY to pay your bills, Pharmacy Discount receives a file from the bank each morning telling us of all the completed transactions that have occurred in the last 24 hours. On receipt of this payment, the order is processed and dispatched.
Pharmacy Discount will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. Pharmacy Discount will accept returns of non-prescription lines within 30 days with proof of purchase. Goods must be in acceptable condition and Pharmacy Discount must be contacted prior to sending.
Prescription lines ordered by a patient cannot be refunded or returned.
All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.
Fax/Post Order Form
As some people may not have Internet access or prefer not to enter credit card details on the Internet, they may elect to fax or post their order. Please print our order form and complete with details. If you have a relative or friend who does not have a computer and may want to purchase from us, please give them a copy of our form.
